High temperature conversion of high temperature graphitization furnace

In the process of using high temperature graphitization furnace, the temperature range of infrared thermometer we usually use is 1000 ℃ - 3200 ℃. However, low temperature measurement is often used in the process of developing new experimental materials for graphitization furnace. So we use thermocouple to measure temperature.

In the heating process of graphitization furnace, thermocouple is used to measure the temperature from room temperature to 1200 ℃. When reaching the automatic conversion temperature of the high temperature meter, the thermocouple will be pulled out automatically through the cylinder, and the thermocouple will exit. The infrared thermometer starts to work and enters the high temperature measurement link until the whole temperature curve of graphitization furnace is completed. This is the low and high temperature switching process of graphitization furnace.
